Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to personal data collected via this website both consciously and unconsciously. This covers both intentionally passed data, and data collected via a users' browser or via cookies. As of now (18/04/14), this website does not use cookies by itself, but this policy covers any cookie data collected or stored by third parties; such as Google.
Information Collected includes any data submitted intentially or unintentionally via any 'contact' forms or any emails sent to myself or any of my partners. This also covers any information gathered during any other forms of communication with myself. All communication data is stored securely by myself and by selected partners. This information is stored for personal use only and will never be shared or sold to any other party.
Cookies, as previously stated are not actively used by this site though could be used by partners to collect and store data from or to a users' device. This information is used only for research and occasionally used to offer a user goods and/or services that may be of interest to them via advertisements. The collection and storage of cookie data through any browser can be declined via the 'settings' of the users' browser.
Use of Information directly by myself or through me via my partners is strickly for research, the sending of new content and/or data, and for responding to requests via predetermined methods of communication. Collected information will never be sold or shared with other parties.
Storage of Data will be within (a) personal server(s), secure offshore servers and partners' servers. Data may be required to move between servers in order to be properly processed, and this may require the data being stored in locations outside of the European Union. Unfortunately, the sending of data via the Internet is not totally secure, and could potentially be intercepted. I cannot guarantee the security of data that is submitted via the Internet and so submitting said data is entirely at the users own risk.
Third Party Links are present on this website, and all are set to open within a new 'window' or 'tab' when clicked on. This is to show that the linked site is not affiliated with this one in any way. I do not legally endorse or approve any other sites' policies on user privacy, and so any user to this site should check the privacy policy of externally linked sites before submitting data to said site.
Access to Information is available in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 via myself at my given contact details available in the 'footer' of each page. Users have the right to access any held data related to themselves if they ask for it. Please note, I reserve the right to charge a fee of up to £20 to cover any costs incurred while providing a user with said requested data.
