The Spinnaker Cafe
For this piece I was personally responsible for front-end development, back-end development, back-end design & frameworking, optimization and the front-end design of the mobile version. For this site I developed a simple CSS system for showing numerous 'div' elements in an array set to a timer with a fade function; this allowed me to show a number of customer quotes within the same space and kept the page active. This site was also the first time I used plug-ins from Trip Advisor to allow me to show the latest customer-posted details about the facility. In the future I'd like to develop a new tool to take data usually send to one of these plug-ins and use said data within my own 'quotes' element, similar to the previously mentioned element but with the text data fed in from the exterior source.
